This Bendigo project focuses on a modern, low-profile design that sits comfortably within its surroundings. The exterior uses darker materials and simple forms to create a strong street presence, while still keeping the overall look clean and understated.
The layout has been kept open and easy to move through, without overcomplicating things. The spaces flow naturally, giving a nice balance between shared areas and quieter spots where you can step away and have a bit of privacy.
Our role was to prepare the planning drawings and detailed documentation required for approvals and construction. By working through the design early and resolving key details, the project moved forward with a clearer, more efficient build process.
