Planning, Drafting and Documentation for a Buildable Outcome
This project brings together a clean, modern design with practical living in mind. The exterior uses a mix of concrete, darker finishes, and timber elements to create a strong but balanced street presence without feeling overdone.
Inside, the spaces are open and filled with natural light. Features like the floating staircase add a simple design detail that stands out, while still keeping the layout functional and easy to live in.
Our focus was on producing clear planning drawings and detailed documentation to support the build, helping ensure the design could be delivered on site as intended.
